Ticket Sales
All ticket sales are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect tickets already purchased.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our authorized payment processors. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our website. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Refunds and Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable except as required by law or in the event of exhibition cancellation. If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. We are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another person subject to our approval and any applicable transfer fees. Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may result in cancellation without refund.
Age Requirements
Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Proof of age may be required for age-restricted content or areas. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who cannot provide appropriate identification.
Visitor Conduct and Safety
Code of Conduct
All visitors must adhere to our code of conduct. Unacceptable behavior includes but is not limited to:

Photography and Recording
Personal photography and video recording are permitted for personal use only. Commercial photography and recording require prior written permission. By attending the exhibition, you consent to being photographed or recorded for our promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify our staff.
